Ventura Securities is establishing its fintech team a hybrid work environment with highly talented individuals who come from diverse backgrounds and looking to solve real client problems at scale. Ventura has been in the stock broking business for 25+ years and it is a robust and profitable franchise with 1000+ employees currently. We are looking for passionate Portfolio Managers with a flair of running automated campaigns & triggers using various MarTech capabilities to deepen the customer relations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product strategies and vision to build best in class trading and investment products, including managing the roadmap, partnering with business owners, for assigned products/ tasks

- Conduct User research and usability studies to identify new opportunities for features and functionalities

- Create actionable Insights & Nudges for products, including defining the business logics & content.

- Acquiring & Managing alliances & partnerships, includes evaluation, negotiation, onboarding & implementation

- Take data driven decisions on the ideated strategies in consultation & discussion with Management

- Collaborate with backend and frontend developers for implementation of assigned tasks including building of test cases & testing the UI/UX functionality

- Coordinate between internal and external teams for resolutions of assigned tasks

- Analyse and build strategies around financial and pricing decisions including industry & competition analysis

- Collaborating with Creative team on the Content & design of assigned portfolio/tasks

Basic Requirements:

- Proven experience in Acquiring & Managing Partnerships

- 3+ years experience in Capital Markets/Investment Research with a Masters degree in Business administration, Accounting, Finance, CFA/CA is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and bent for data driven decision making Effective Project Management, Communication and Presentation Skills
