Vendor Manager - Toys/Novelty/eCommerce/Retail Category - IIM/XLRI/FMS/SPJain

Looking for candidates only from Toys or Novelty or eCommerce or retail Category Only.

- MBA from Premier Institute with 3+ years relevant experience in vendor management / buying / category buying from Retail / E-Commerce is preferred.

Profile :

- Responsible for handling Toys category.

- Responsible for determining customer market needs, growing selection across sub categories, brands and use cases, managing brand partners and getting support for marketing campaigns.

- Responsible for demand generation.

- Develop a short term and long term plan for business growth.

- Invent and drive continuous process improvement and automation across systems.

- Strong business judgement with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
