We are specifically looking for end to end Vendor Management profile in a supply chain division What we are looking for in you: - Vendor development &amp; Management - Effective Partner Management (Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility) - Vendor development &amp; Management - New product development - Effective Partner Management What the role entails: - Responsible for incorporation of Clauses in the Customer Contract, He/She will be interfacing with Customer regularly - Post Contract Administration /Management, Commercial Management of Ongoing Projects and Claim Management (LD, Penalty, Contract Suspension / Closure, Termination) - Controlling variation and change order - Resolves issues with Contracts and Commercial operations - Managing the entire Contract Life Cycle - Achieve optimal prices level / SLAs with key selected partners - Maintain win-win relationship with Partners and resolving the partner concerns on regular basis - Negotiate commercial with different vendors &amp; prepared cost comparison of quotations - Regular Project Governance meeting with vendors - Studied the requirements of the customers tenders and provided inputs of the units for the new project proposal. This was done by means of a proposed cost associated w.r.t logistic, facility, material movement
