Vendiman - Program Manager - Digital

- Define and maintain program & portfolio management structure and assessing the health of all digital initiatives, propose and apply project management best practices.

- Manage and source members of cross-functional teams, plays a support role for team. Leads by providing overall project management.

- Maintain the overall portfolio plan with key deliverable and milestone dates. Plan and execute the roadmap for digital.

- Act as a conduit between execs and stakeholders to ensure the technology initiatives are appropriately prioritized and aligned with strategic objectives.

- Serve as a liaison between functional groups within the Technology Team to prioritize program initiatives and escalate critical operational tasks.

- Develop and maintain analytics and KPI driven dashboards including status and reports.

- Align Digital product portfolio roadmaps through internal alignment across all relevant teams

- Drive the successful delivery of Digital programs within the Digital portfolio

- Managing multiple Vendor/partner Projects

Requirement

- Bachelors degree program in Science or Engineering preferred.

- Agile/Scrum Software Development methodologies. Knowledge of project management tools...

- PMP/Prince certification, CSM/PSM certification.

- 7-9 years of digital program management or software development experience.

- 2-5+ years B2C industry experience. 1 to 2 complete digital platform delivery experiences in this space.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver custom business results through an engineering or professional services team.

- Good oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations; to lead projects and teams to motivate others.
