Roles and Responsibilities Overview :

- This is a new position within the company and is ideal for individuals who wish to grow, develop, learn and maximize their potential

- The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for leading all the teams of the e-commerce departments (customer service, digital marketing, IT and Admin).

- The successful candidate must have related skills and people management experience, combined with strong management and leadership capabilities.

- This is a Monday to Friday role, however, on some occasions, you may be required to work on a Saturday or Sunday depending upon the business needs.

Main responsibilities :

- Planning, organising, directing, and controlling all the performance marketing e-commerce campaigns running ads of the company.

- Taking full management of all e-commerce departments

- Create, review and update business process flows. Ensure continuous process improvements leading to better quality/efficient processes.

- Ensure that we meet all the KPIs of the business.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to all the e-commerce departments.

- Working on plans to grow e-commerce revenue consistently

- Coordinate and lead the e-commerce projects for business development, finding new and replacing existing service providers.

- Work closely with all the warehouse, inventory, and accounts departments of the company

- Identify areas of issues and improvements for the business and implement changes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Performance marketing e-commerce

- Experience in Digital Marketing

-Experience in creating funnels to stimulate growth

- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Experienced with ERP systems, task management systems, database management

- Good understanding with e-commerce industry trends, applicable laws and tax rules

- Meticulous in your approach with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines

- Previous experience of working with IT teams

- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Willingness to work on Weekends as per requirements only

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Amazon (Seller Central), Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other marketplaces

- Experience with Shopify

- Experience of working in e-commerce start up

- A positive attitude, full of ideas and working well under pressure, working independently to draw conclusions and take action
