Velocitai Digital - Strategy Manager - CEO's Office

Role and Responsibilities:

- The profile requires working closely with the CEO on strategic organizational objectives.

- Prepare contracts, agreements, and proposals under guidance from the CEO.

- Develop scalable process and solution to analyse, monitor progress and improve performance of the program

- Prepare drafts for internal and external communication, presentations & reports.

- Develop and maintain an effective network and cooperative relationship with the CEO's internal and external partners & clients.

- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise.

- Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams and clients to ensure timely project deliverables.

- Assist the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

Skills & Qualification :

- MBA from premier institute, with minimum 2-years of experience as a Strategic EA or Business manager to CXO / senior management, with a Technology / IT Services Firm preferred startup experience.

- The profile requires multi tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create-update-follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines, aggregating & interpreting data.

- The ideal candidate should have high business acumen; exposure to strategy formulation and P&L, project management & team working.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced environment.

- Excellent with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT.

- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.

- Highly flexible, adaptable individual who can think on his/her feet.

- High level of integrity & confidentiality.
