AVP / VP - Enterprise Sales

- As an AVP/VP - Sales, you will be responsible for managing sales for our technology service offering and build a sales management team.

- We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who has worked with mid-sized technology firms (in India or Outside), preferably from the Technology services industry.

- You will work directly with the Founder to nurture the firm as a brand in the enterprise sector across the globe. This role will involve building sales methodology and over time hire, coach, and develop the team to achieve their monthly revenue and growth goals.

- This will be a hands-on position in a scale-up environment, so we are looking for a motivated self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pitch the company and its offerings through rigorous prospecting.

- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas in the prospective companies.

- Generate qualified sales lead opportunities.

- Create & manage SOWs, estimates and budgetary approvals from client

- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs & build a strategic plan to improve client profitability & overall results.

- Coordinate with the technical team for client-assistance and prepare appropriate proposals.

- Identify, generate, and maintain a healthy pipeline.

- Meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Nurture leads to conversion faster across different geographies

What are we looking for?

- Graduate / Post Graduate MBA in Sales / Marketing.

- Seasoned sales professional who has 8 to 15 years of experience in selling technology services to enterprises.

- Champion company's offerings to Enterprises on web-call and/or in-person meetings.

- Help in working with and building relationships with affiliates

- Starts from requirement gathering to solutioning and objection handling as per the company's offerings.

- Must have strong communication and presentation skills.

- Should be good in spreadsheets, calculations, and understanding of unit economics behind services industry

- Should have a technical blend of mind ; ability to learn new tools on the go and open to learning.

- Should be a team player and have the ability to build own team.

- Ability to travel to international client locations
