- Who can understand the vision, values and take the ownership of product

- Who can enjoy challenge with innovative and problem solving programming skills.

Defining the software technology strategy, architecture and roadmap

- Develop the backend and front end software (hands on)

- Leading, Onboarding & Managing Our development team

- Vetting and continuing to build our development team

- Comfortable in meeting with investor and building the roadmap for raising funds.
