Role: Strategy Lead

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Position Overview: As a Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive the overall growth and success of the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to identify key opportunities, assess market trends, and formulate actionable strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve conducting thorough research and analysis, synthesizing complex data into clear insights, and providing strategic recommendations to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the company's vision and goals.

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends assessment to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and drive consensus on strategic priorities.

- Analyze complex data sets, financial information, and operational metrics to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and executive teams, offering innovative solutions and actionable recommendations.

- Create compelling business cases, presentations, and reports to communicate strategic initiatives and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and adjusting plans as necessary.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, best

practices, and emerging trends to enhance the strategic planning process.

- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong pedigree from Tier-1 institutions with a minimum experience of 2 yrs in top management consulting firms/high growth start-ups in Strategy/Founder's office roles

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences

- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in using analytical tools, financial modeling, and data visualization software

- Familiarity with relevant industries and market dynamics, including emerging trends and technologies

- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on driving impactful outcomes
