Role: Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our organization as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR). As an EIR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and transformation by bringing your expertise, business acumen, and fresh perspectives to the table. You will work closely with our leadership team and collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and explore new business opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and help shape the future direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential areas for expansion. Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition opportunities. Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation. Develop business cases and recommend actionable strategies for growth.

Idea Generation and Validation: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new products, services, and business models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ideas through market testing, prototyping, and customer feedback. Drive the development and refinement of ideas into scalable business opportunities.

Entrepreneurial Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams, entrepreneurs, and startups within our ecosystem. Offer expertise in areas such as product development, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and inspire creativity across the organization.

Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the leadership team to define strategic priorities and develop actionable plans. Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, identify key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to senior management. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to ensure successful implementation of strategies.


Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, disruptive technologies, and startup ecosystems. Act as a thought leader by contributing insights, best practices, and thought-provoking ideas to internal and external audiences through presentations, articles, and industry events.
