Job Summary:
We're in search of a proactive individual to develop and implement Demand and supply chain plans that align with our organisational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and the ability to collaborate smoothly across supply, operations, and other crucial departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyse data to forecast supply and demand accurately and optimise inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and streamline communication.
- Monitor KPIs to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to introduce innovative solutions.
- Engage stakeholders to gather insights and drive decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to support business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate supply chain processes for optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong pedigree from Tier-1 institution having 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Planning, Operations, or related roles.
- Demonstrated involvement in cross-functional projects and teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, committed to driving impactful outcomes.
