Total Industry Experience: 5+ Years

Relevant Experience: 1+ Years

Responsibilities:

- 4 Years of Experience as Business Analyst

- The ideal person will be a business analyst with excellent communication skills that has worked on either a production team or in a marketing department

- Identifies and recommends operational improvement opportunities through reporting, process and trend analysis.

- Develops ad-hoc reports for data analysis to support initiatives.

- Use Cases within Visio Work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates

- Document current work flow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives, as directed by business needs.

- Perform and document Gap Analysis with previous version of templates Take steps to solve any production issues

- Candidate should have strong analytics, preferably communication skills
