ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for partner in the marketing organisation at Vedantu as a Senior Manager of SRM (Student Retention & Management) to own all SRM functions, building the business's overall student management capability in order to provide a high level of service, excellent student experience, and capture data across all key touch-points of the business.

This role is a key pillar in Vedantu's SRM strategy, and he / she serves to maximize student retention, therefore, enabling the business to achieve its base targets and ultimately its financial goals.

This position will directly report into the Head of SRM @ Vedantu and will be leading a small to large size team.

Responsibilities :

- Leadership/Supervisory Role: The very first and most prominent role of the Sr Manager of SRM is his/her leadership position. The Sr Manager of SRM at this capacity leads the entire SRM team in scheduling, reporting, and optimizing campaigns to drive business metrics. This role is expected to create long term properties and programs which drive student retention and engagement. This is for the purpose of ensuring that there is a consistency in data-driven decision making and strategy formulation within the SRM function and in SRM campaigns and programs.

- Analytics: The Sr Manager of SRM will have product / business analytical responsibilities where he / she not only undertakes rigorous monitoring and evaluation of SRM campaigns and activities in order to measure ROI, prioritize resources, and enable continuous improvement in student acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives, but also be a thought leader to shape the journey for our students. At this capacity, he/she will also conduct student experience research, student segmentation, and student roadmap analyses.

- Collaboration: The Sr Manager of SRM must be passionate about facilitating Student experience and value, s/he should be self-motivated and proactive, s/he should have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, s/he should display creative problem solving skills, s/he should also be able to work comfortably in a group setting. S/he should be comfortable taking calculated risks, readily embrace and lead change, possess a high level of resilience, and display composure in uncertain situations.

Desired Profile :

- 6+ Years of relevant experience

- Have worked in CRM / SRM function in an internet / startup ecosystem, preferably in a consumer marketing environment

- Have managed small to large size teams directly

- Deep understanding of the customer journeys and how to influence / shape / simplify them

- Understands mapping of tech / product interventions for growth

- Must have a grasp for numbers and willing to handle large volumes of data and analysis

- Ability to manage/influence multiple stakeholders, good cross functional skills

- Preferred MBA from a premier institute
