Exp: 6 - 15 Years&nbsp; Responsibilities: - Listening sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation. - Monitor operator's product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure. - Uses a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. - Prepare quality reports for team leaders, managers &amp; leadership teams. - Work on Continual process improvement therefore set new process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and internal smooth process. - Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team. - Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. - Perform PIP calibration sessions. Desired profile of the candidate: - Minimum 4-8 years experience preferably in Ed-Tech or BPO/ITES industry (Strictly Sales). - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Effective listening and comprehension ability is must. - Impressive Stakeholder management skills. - Problem solving approach &amp; Business acumen.
