Roles & Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for Quality activities across the business - Driving Quality Metrics of Vedantu Calls - Constantly improve quality audits across various teams - Make recommendations for enhancements to training materials/processes/systems as needed to enhance the overall experience and achieve operational excellence. - Guide the team, using a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. - Ensure improvement and sustainability of processes based on quality audits. - Assist the Operations/Sales/teacher management/Parent Management teams in employing best in industry practises and give feedback to improve the overall call quality - Identify and explore quantitative and qualitative data to develop and enhance employee /partner skills. - Tackle problems in creative and logical ways and brainstorm solutions based on Lead and Lag Metric - Conduct customer feedback audits and derives insights to optimize the Customer experience Journey. - Create effective working relationships with key stakeholders by logical process enhancement suggestions along with data-driven product decisions. - Formulate compliance and non-compliance processes as per policies and requirements along with Consequence management - Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, quality scores, performance appraisals, and consultation with respective stakeholders. - Identifying gaps and priorities on various parts - - Coordinating and developing internal auditing processes. - Developing and implementing policies and procedures. - Supervising and conducting independent audits. - Preparing analysis for audits. - Conducting investigations on irregularities and errors. - Drafting recommendations on corrective measures. - Advising executives. - Key Project will be Call Audits of Student Academic Mentors and improvising quality of calls. - Manage human resources and hiring quality auditors. - Managing changing requirements of the business by ensuring audits reflect current needs. - Ensuring changing requirement of the business are highlighted in audits - Providing feedback/insight to management to ensure business process improvement - Spearheading the growth of the audit process and a function in the organization Skills & Requirements: - Any Certification or the experience of implementing Training and Quality-related processes from scratch will be an advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Must enjoy digging into data and deriving insights - Should have sound knowledge of various Quality tool for compiling, interpreting and communicating all quality-related statistical information internally as well as to the external audience - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with and influence different stakeholders across teams - Should have the ability to work under pressure; Must be meticulous - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple levels within the organization. - Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, MIS, Dashboards and PowerPoint Presentation Skills. - Planning and project management skills - The ability to facilitate change - Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma and Quality tools - Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications Experience/Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate degree - 6-8 Years of experience in Quality assurance. - Working experience in a startup will be preferred - Experience of developing and implementing a quality assurance framework - Prior experience of compliance assurance/audit/quality audit implementation is desirable
