- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy. Along with defining social media KPIs, manage and oversee social media content.
- Lead and measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Formulating high-quality, visual content for each social media campaign. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Running company social media advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with various department stakeholders to understand the business and customers
- Liaison and coordinate all marketing efforts with a digital agency on a daily basis
- Devising quarterly and annual social media plan and maintaining a calendar.
- Outstanding understanding of both organic and paid marketing
- Ability to map out marketing strategies, drive them and evaluate effectiveness through testing and metrics.
- Extremely data-driven, formulate strategies based on numbers and ROI.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with agencies, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in all Social Media Channels
- Good knowledge of all Digital Media and Online Reputation management is a must
- Candidates working on brand side are preferred.
