Roles & Responsibilities - Coordinate with functional stakeholders to develop the monthly &amp; quarterly plans in sync with AOP, with rigor on bottoms-up approach - Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable - Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives; present top management with actionable insights into the business - Closely monitor the costs of the function and ensure ROI is being delivered - Manage a team of 8-10 professionals - Enabling the teams in achieving their deliverables through cross-functional coordination and partnering with other business finance managers&nbsp; - Continuous tracking of key financials and business metrics, accurate reporting and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders at requisite time intervals - Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create views for creating actionable plans - Prepare financial information &amp; analysis for business reviews/presentations with key highlights - Participate &amp; Drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency - Assess competition information to benchmark efficiency &amp; productivity&nbsp; - Partner in formulating the overall strategic direction for the Company Desired Skills&nbsp; - 10-12 yrs Exp, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school.&nbsp; - Should hold a degree in finance - Strong stakeholder management , and proven track record in rapidly scaling up business - Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills - Strong communication &amp; Interpersonal skills - Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
