Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies for our offline expansion projects, from initial concept to implementation.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making related to new locations, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Oversee the P&L of new projects, with a focus on cost control, revenue generation, and profitability enhancement.
- Coordinate with functional stakeholders to develop the monthly & quarterly plans in sync with AOP, with rigor on bottoms-up approach
- Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable
- Closely monitor the costs for the function and report same on regular intervals to leadership
- Handle adhoc requests along with the Biz Fin head
- Ensure smooth coordination between cross -functional teams
- Creation and circulation of regular business updates with respect to KPIs such as Collection, Sales, Contribution Margin, etc.
- Develop a deep understanding of business drivers and leverage that to create views for creating actionable plans
- Prepare financial information & analysis for business reviews/presentations with key highlights
- Participate in process automation with Project lead
Who We Are Looking For?
- Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school. Should hold a degree in finance
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
