Operations Manager

- To oversee the hotel Operations for existing & upcoming properties in Kerala and will be responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Food & Beverage and In-House Sales with prime focus on Guest Satisfaction.

- Responsible for defining & uphold the standards of the Product and Service.

- Highly process driven individual, as Manager

- Operations, the core part of this profile will be to implement the Policies & Processes as per the SOP's laid down by the Corporate office, in coordination with the individual Unit Manager's / Assistant Manager's of existing and upcoming Properties in Kerala.

- Good report making skills with knowledge of Hotel Management software's.

- Maintenance of excellent financial health of the unit by increasing revenue, managing cost, up gradation and maintenance of the property in coordination with Corporate General Manager - Operations.

- Good PR with customers, government bodies and Corporate

- Implement multi-tasked operational team, thereby increasing efficiency, customer satisfaction, reduction of manpower and expenditure

- General administration, and the smooth and effective working and coordination with all the departments of the operational properties.

- Responsible for overall management & operations of all the properties in Kerala and maintaining the brand standards of Vedanta Wake UP!

- Past experience in Pre-Opening / Project stage exposure for setting up of Hotel Operations will be an +++ added advantage

- Responsible for recruitment, training and development of the team at unit level in coordination with GM - Human Resources at Corporate level.

- Responsible for conducting operational training for the existing and new employees as per the brand standards.

- Increased staff satisfaction, employee's relation and productivity.

- BHM or Graduation from any field, vibrant, ethical, pleasing personality, should be able to manage and lead teams. Should have minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity.

- Excellent problem solving skill, proactive with good leadership skills. A team player and good task master.
