Vedanta - Head - Human Resource

We are looking for a strong HR leader preferably from Healthcare industry to take up this role and this role will be responsible for :

- End to end HR management of the hospital including but not limited to :

- Hiring

- Talent management

- Payroll & statutory compliance

- Contract labor management etc.

In this role, the Head of HR will report to the CEO/ Medical Director and preference will be given to candidates who have got prior hospital experience.

Key criteria's are as follows : - PLEASE SPECIFY % OF MARKS AGAINST EACH QUALIFICATIONS-

- Must have 60% and above in all qualifications starting Xth Standard.

- Must have passed all examinations in first attempt.

- Should not have any gaps in educations or career.
