Vedak- Contract for 6 months- PMO- Capital project- Oil and Gas- Gurgaon

Project scope / role of the consultant :

- Project Scope: PMO for Large Capital Project Management

- Responsibilities will include (not exhaustive)

1. Validating & refining project schedule

2. Conducting planning & scheduling workshops

3. Supporting in implementing digital solution for Large Project Management

4. Cross-functional co-ordination across multiple stakeholders E.g. Project Team, PMC, Design Team etc.

5. Day-to-day co-ordination with PMC, sub-contractors - ensuring timely execution of work

6. Setting up governance - running reviews, tracking key metrics, preparing reports

- Will report to Program Manager, work closely with Consultants

- PMP Certification is mandatory.

Contract - 6 months/ Extendable
