- Plan and perform, a performance management system for PSUbank
- Leverages Office of General Counsel and Talent Relations to manage potential risk when necessary
- Process execution
- Executes the end-to-end PM lifecycle for the assigned FSS business group, including, but not limited to, Check-Ins, Pulse Surveys, Performance Snapshots, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Low Performers, etc.
- Utilizes standard materials where possible to provide a consistent experience to the assigned FSS business group
- Troubleshoots process issues and provides solutions
- Partners with PM Team on identifying process efficiencies
- Shares best practices with other PM Specialists and Managers to continue to improve the PM processes and gain efficiencies
