- We need somebody with a product management/ digital product/ digital transformation experience in the Financial services space.
- Profiles from Fintech/ Foreign bank/ good consulting firm but with relevant experience will be the ideal fit.
Location: Chennai
Contract Duration: 2 Years
1. Create customer journeys in various banking and insurance domains (Save & Invest, Loans, Payments, Life- and Non-life insurance, etc.)
2. Identify potential for improvement in the existing customer journeys
3. Analyze customer data and improving the customer experience
4. Take the customers point-of-view while delivering the digital assets in the market
5. Participate to, or manage projects through their complete lifecycle, including monitor the planning, budget and staffing of the team delivering the project
6. Share your knowledge and experience in various domains, depending on your area of expertise
