Project Assurance Manager/ Project Support Manager - Aftermarket (Light & Medium Duty Trucks)
Commercial Projects :
- Coordinating the After Market readiness for new product launch to align with overall project plan - Parts/Tools/Floats/Training/Technical Documents/Soft Offering (Intra & Inter-Departmental coordination)
- Ensuring the completion of After Market deliverables at various project gates/audits
- Tracking and ensuring Essential Operating Requirements (EOR) execution in the field on time with launch requirements
- Updating/maintaining After Market WBS in PLM
- Closely working with Commercial Project Organization (CPO) in planning and execution of launch activities, and preparing/communicating the updates, raising flag/escalating, if needed
- Occasionally getting involved in product/field trials/workshops
Telematics :
Short term :
- Coordinating with regional teams for ensuring documentation/activation of services
- Working with Tech Support/Volvo for timely resolution of technical issues
- Ensuring the correctness/completion of system transactions and working closely with IT & Finance for resolving issues
- Preparing/communicating MIS periodically
Medium to Long term :
- Driving development of new features/expansion of scope, Market adoption etc.
Competencies :
- Proficient in Project Planning & Execution
- Comfortable in working in Cross Functional teams (CFTs)
- Should be able to follow up, escalate and execute relatively independently
- Able to work with deadlines
- Should be a Go-Getter
