Role Description:
To work closely with the Volvo teams for business development of spare parts through the distribution channel across markets. The work would entail activities as under :
- Achieve pre-determined targets/objectives
- Network and Reach Enhancement - width and depth
- Pricing Updation based on competition intelligence
- Implementation of parts related systems and processes at the channel
- Training and development of distributor's manpower to improve effectiveness
- Designing, developing and implementing parts related sales promotion strategies - retailer meets, mechanic meets, display contests etc.
- Liaise closely with back-end organisation for order execution, literature development, POP etc
- Measurement of Customer Satisfaction level index
The role would entail periodic overseas travel to improve market engagement.
