Academic Qualifications : BE and/ or MBA
Experience Profile : 8+ years in Sales & Marketing from Commercial Vehicles, Construction, Cars, Auto Components or Tyre Industry. Candidates with Bus Sales/ Marketing exposure preferred.
Reporting to : Head - Bus Marketing
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Research with a view to qualitatively and quantitatively assess:
- Buyer Behavior Trends
- Positioning of Eicher Buses as they exist as per buyer perception
- Pricing - including Price Value Trade Off
- Competitive Intelligence
Marketing Representative in Engineering CFTs formed for developing new Bus Platforms and Upgrades of Existing Products. Herein, the incumbent would be responsible for:
- Identifying Market Opportunity - trends and size
- Initiating the Business Case towards New Product Development
- Vision Gate and M0 / S0 Sign Off on behalf of Sales & Marketing
- Conceptualizing and deploying Advertising Campaigns of Buses
- Positioning Campaigns to reinforce / correct positioning in line with Marketing Research
- Tactical Campaigns in line with short terms volume objectives in consultation with Bus Sales
- Budgeting of Promotional Overheads and monitoring the same
- All Advertising agency / Event Manager Interaction needed
Single Point Contact for all Bus Sales personnel for any support needed for :
- Conducting Promotional Activities
- Designing and conducting Sales Training Programs
- Designing and developing all BTL Promotional Material
- Designing and developing Sales Aids
Sales Volume with a view to ascertain volume inputs to initiate the Business Planning Process.
Competencies Required :

- Working knowledge of market research techniques
- Proficiency with MS excel and other MS office tools
