Resale Manager- HD Trucks (Deputy Manager)
Position - Deputy Manager- Resale
Role :
- Pre-owned Commercial vehicle business growth, competition bench marking for resale value, resale velocity improvement, Setting dealer channel in pre-owned vehicle business and managing their performance matrix, Incremental new vehicle sales through exchange, Sales channels development, implementing system & processes.
- Building financers confidence and arranging refinance on pre-owned vehicles. Warranty support and customer satisfaction
Location : North - Gurgaon
Academic Qualifications : DME/ B.Tech (mech)
Experience Profile : Preferably from Pre Owned Vehicle industry Experience
Other :
- Commercial Vehicle company
- Pre-Owned Vehicle Auction Company
- Pre-Owned Vehicle business experience with OEM
Reporting to : Head Resale
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Exchange and Sales target for assigned territory.
- Expansion of Used truck Dealer network and responsibility of Dealer Used Truck business KPI
- Exchange & sales volumes, profitability, inventory management, aging analysis, refinance
- Liquidation of repossessed vehicles, financer tie up for making refinance available on Used Trucks
- Used truck warranty and documentation
- Improvement in Resale Value and Velocity of VECV products
- Market intelligence on used trucks pricing.
- Market mapping and generation of direct customer contacts for used truck sale
- Promotional campaign for Pre owned Vehicle business
- Dealer team recruitment and training
- Internal Target setting and review performance
Competencies/ Capabilities Required :
- Channel Sales/Dealer handling
- Assessment of Pre owned vehicle pricing
- Networking skills with internal team,customers,brokers,financers,fleet operators all other stake holders
- Customer focus and resolution of customer complaint
- Processes and systems in Pre-owned vehicle business
- Highly Self-Motivated with go getter attitude
