Relevant experience in Sales and Marketing Accounting, Marketing Schemes Incentive Control, Credit Control, Dealer & Financers claim settlement, Sales & Collection Reporting, Variance Analysis and monthly provisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Accounting of all day to day financial transactions in SAP & monthly closing of accounts.
- Monthly Marketing Variable Cost Provision, PRF computation, other provisions.
- MIS Reporting, Finance MIS, Price Increase/Revision releasing in SAP.
- Computation and control of various marketing schemes.
- Spare incentives and reimbursement provision, payment of salesman incentive, Finance Subvention, AMC Incentive provision.
- Timely and accurate invoicing of royalty Income and provisioning thereof.
- Profitability analysis for vehicles, spare parts and service agreements.
- Computation of cost and profitability for institutional tenders and marketing schemes.
- Setting up of Service Agreement (SA) Processes, Operational Controls, Accounting, Timely Collection, Overdue receivables follow ups, Profitability analysis of SA, closure of SA at end of contract etc.
- Exposure in banking activities like BG, LC, Receipts, Payments etc
- Timely completion of Internal & Statutory External Audits.
- Monthly analysis of discounts, Credit Note posting etc,
- Creation of dealer/customer codes & master maintenance.
- Ensuring statutory compliances w.r.t. TDS
- Preparing MIS for Accounts Receivable Section
- Adherence to organization's internal governance policies.
Others Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Corporate Governance policies.
- Follow up with Sales & Marketing team regarding implementation of improvements suggested by Internal/External auditors.
- Facilitation to regional sales & marketing teams in operations.
