Growth Manager Role Overview : Looking for candidates to help set up product instrumentation, define and track metrics, build and run marketing campaigns and develop features and processes for customer success. The candidate will be a core part of the growth efforts of VComply and will get an upfront view of growing a SaaS company. Duties & Responsibilities : Goals : - Set up product metric measurement and dashboarding to understand customers better. - Lead customer acquisition efforts through organic and paid marketing campaigns. - Help run marketing campaigns along with head of SEO/SEM lead landing page optimization, testing frameworks and working on metrics with a direct impact on PnL. - Help set up customer success function and make our customer success proactive than reactive. - Work with the rest of the team to create case studies, marketing collateral that can be shared with prospects and customers. - Chart out marketing strategy and content calendar for the quarter, work with content writers and freelancers to ensure high quality of content with relevant insight to our users. Team Function : - Work with growth leadership to effectively translate goals into actions - Collaborate with sales and product teams team to drive marketing campaigns - Support cross functional leadership in handling escalations by customers smoothly - Support in preparing reports and share insights by subsequent analysis of marketing performance Requirements : Skills Required : Knowledge, skills and experience : - 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing (Preferably to the US) - Critical thinking, negotiating, and stakeholder management - Excellent communication skills - listening, speaking, reading and writing - Complete ownership - will not pass the buck and ready to go beyond call of duty - Goal oriented Ensure goals are achieved, and navigate road blocks by leveraging leadership where ever necessary.
