To develop North India business for Custom Training division through agressively reaching out to the HR/ L&D, Finance, Operations and Sales heads across industries and acquiring long term clients.
Area of Responsibility/ Tasks:
Lead generation
Aggressively doing meeting with Leaders from HR, L&D, Finance, Operations and Sales
Respond to RFP, create solutions and proposals
Independently Managing negotiations & sales closure
Managing Empaneled Associates for creating content and deliver
Follow up on new businesses from existing clients
Business Development - Manager applicants must possess:
Understanding of regional market (esp. Delhi-NCR)
Client Leadership
Rigourous Followup
Aggressive in doing sales
Industry Connects
Consultative selling approach
Experience & Qualification Required:
MBA with 4-8 years of B2B sales experience
Cross industry exposure is preferable
Must have a proven track record for an exceptional sales
