Assistant Manager - Research & Program Development - Events

We are looking for self motivated, driven & hands-on person to join our NOIDA (NCR) office.

Key Responsibility :

- End to end research & content creation responsibilities for content-oriented conferences in the areas of finance, entrepreneurship and industry verticals like healthcare, consumer, agri & food, technology and startups.

- The candidate should be able to understand various industry sectors, identify relevant conference topics, research them, prepare concept note, agenda, identify the appropriate speakers from the respective industries who are usually MD/CEO level and manage the execution of the entire event programme from content perspective.

- Work with Conference Manager in creating content for marketing material, mailers and advertising banners for marketing events.

- Evaluate and stay abreast of event and conference trends.

- Successfully work as a member of a cross-functional conference team composed of members from departments across the organization including conference programming, event marketing, social media marketing, advertising sales, and creative services.

- Strong project management skills, ability to manage a number of competing projects and their teams at one time, which will be at different stages of their development, prioritizing effectively the projects and the teams, within an established planning schedule, to ensure that each event and/or conference is brought in on time.

- Able to handle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

- Good command of Excel.

- Able to travel extensively and sometimes at short notice (as business requires).

- Able to manage and motivate a team, and work effectively in a team environment (Position is in Delhi, but can look at Mumbai if there is a right candidate.)

Qualification/Education : MBA

Experience : 3 to 5 years

The remuneration will as per the industry standard and will not be constraining for talented candidates.
