Vaya - Chief Manager/Senior Manager - Business Planning

Job Description:

- Create 1/ 3 / 5 year Business/ Financial plan and track mechanisms to monitor business performance at varied levels

- Create integrated financial model, prepare budgets for review by Senior Management and update budget forecasts based on monthly financial/business review

- Responsible for creating Dashboard and Presentation for Senior Management

- Analyze and report financial and business performance for defined states

- Conduct monthly variance analysis, compile, analyse and identify trends in data and report to the CEO

No. of years experience & Field of experience

Required:

- Candidate having 5-8 years of experience in Business Planning/ Analysis, Business Intelligence, Forecasting & Budgeting, Business Strategy and preparing Dashboards for Senior Management in BFSI section would be preferred.

Preferred:

- He/ She would have experience in using data analytic tools like SAS/SPSS/Tableau/ Power BI/ MS SQL

Essential Qualifications:

- MBA from a premium institution

Any other specifications:

- Good communication skills, Multiple Language exposure desirable
