- Between 12 - 14 years of Extensive Sales in Manufacturing sectors eg Automotive, Engg, Aerospace, Chemical
- Engineering background with management degree preferred
- Should have handled multiple states and teams at grass root levels
- Good contacts in the industries
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills
- Well versed with MS Office tools and Social Media
- Willing to travel extensively & well versed with local topography
- Good at reviews and managing reporting; team & personnel management
- Excellent skills at cracking big deals and rate contracts
- Administration skills at local levels
- High on integrity and commitment; with a positive outlook and high on self-motivation
Job Description:
- To ensure and exceed the committed Sales numbers for the given region
- Increase the growth of new customers and penetration within the existing customers
- Ensure performance of the reporting team through daily, fortnightly, monthly reviews
- Ensure costs budgets are within limits and not exceeded
- Track competition and manage
- Ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Look for new territories and product portfolio
- Ensure internal management reporting and meetings are timely and complied with in all aspects
- Evolve and manage KPIs for the team
- Manage recruitment and release of the reporting team members
- Ensure the team is well nurtures and performs to the maximum
Salary Range: 12- 20 LPA
