Job Description - Product Manager

As a product manager, you are required to work closely with technology team, business team and customers to build robust, scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities will include understanding customer workflows, problems & requirements, helping define a product vision and roadmap, and getting it executed.

Ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.

Product Manager sells his/her vision to EVERYONE and brings people along. PM is a doer who gets things done. Product is the first among equals in the team but leads from behind by making everyone perform at their best and by removing roadblocks. PM shields the team from all the criticism but transparently lets all the praises reach the right set of people.

Solve problems creatively and efficiently but more importantly figure out the right problems to solve. PMs, say a firm no to the wrong problems without putting off people.

Desired Profile

2 to 4 years of product experience

Engineering background a must

Ideally should have worked in startup environment

Self-starter, hands on ability to execute independently

Should have sense for growing the product & also a business sense
