Our unique offering makes product discovery easy, automates the enquiry to PO process, ensures consolidated product supplies across categories, enables data-driven decision making and provides value-added services in the sourcing area.  As we scale-up our operations, we are looking for a Lead - Fulfillment Operations to join our team and help us drive superior customer satisfaction. This job will be based out of our office in Bengaluru.  Reporting directly to the Head - Business & Operations, in this role you will work with the sourcing & supply chain teams to:  1. Drive the order fulfillment process to ensure products are delivered to our customers in-line with their PO take end-to-end ownership once PO is received from customer  2. Drive continuous improvement of the fulfillment process to reduce total lead time - Process, Tracking, Service Providers, Automation etc.  3. Ensure compliance to statutory requirements, processes and policies  4. Track and review key metrics  If you are an Engineer with an MBA in Operations from Tier-1 institutes, have 2-4 years- experience in the operations space, have worked in a cross-functional environment to successfully lead key initiatives, have hands-on experience driving order fulfillment activities and is excited about an opportunity to be part of a start-up in the supply chain space  A Start-Up experience would be a big plus.
