Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our products. Your responsibilities will encompass a combination of product strategy, technical expertise, and project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and align with the company's overall vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy:

- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Define the product vision and strategy, outlining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, to align product development with business goals.

2. Roadmap Development:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines feature prioritization and release timelines.

- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and enhancements.

- Balance technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact when prioritizing features.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the product and its underlying technology.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, provide clear specifications, and resolve technical challenges.

- Ensure that the product is built with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.

4. Project Management:

- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product releases.

- Define and communicate project milestones, goals, and deliverables to the development team.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

- Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

- Collaborate with customer support to address product-related issues and gather user feedback.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Conduct post-launch analysis and gather insights to iterate and improve product performance.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience 4+ years as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven organization.

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

- Demonstrated experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and project management.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
