Key Results Areas include, but aren't limited to the following:
- Implement various learning methods companywide basis 70:20:10 learning philosophy (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, offline/online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Design and outsource as required - E-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- End to end Learning and Development cycle management- learning needs lead generation, Training Needs Analysis, conversations with stakeholders, rolling out the learning calendar, training delivery and management, aligning trainers
- Help managers develop their team members through mapping of career path linked to job competencies.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with concerned vendors
- Source, hire and oversee training and Learning and Development Specialists
- Work with TM team to execute IDPs for Top talent. Support and execute Top talent journey
- Help get the best experienced faculty to conduct
- Tie up with various B schools and best management universities to design customized learnings, design experiential learning platforms
- Evaluate various learning methodologies
- Need to be abreast of latest learning technologies/platforms
- Track ROI and improve productivity and establish dashboards and analytics.
