Varun Beverages Ltd. under the umbrella of RJ Corp has been associated with PepsiCo since the early 1990s and have over two and half decades consolidated our business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number of PepsiCo licensed territories and sub-territories covered by us, producing and distributing a wider range of PepsiCo beverages, introducing various SKUs in our portfolio, and expanding our distribution network. As of March 31, 2016, we have been granted franchises for various PepsiCo products spread across 17 States and two Union Territories in India. Our share of PepsiCo beverages volume sales increased from 26.46% in Fiscal 2011 to 44.12% in Fiscal 2015, computed on basis of our sales volume and Euromonitor Report data on PepsiCo sales volumes in India. Although, India is our largest market, we have also been granted the franchise for various PepsiCo products for the territories of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Mozambique and Zambia. In addition, we intend to establish a greenfield facility in Zimbabwe in anticipation of franchise rights being granted by PepsiCo for such territory. Job Details: We are looking for Commercial (Finance and Accounts) Manager for our Morocco business with following job responsibilities: - Finalising the year-end Balance sheet and preparing provisional Balance sheets. - Making reconciliation in Profits in Balance sheet prepared as per Indian Law and as per Moroccan Law. Preparing data for quarterly due diligence. - Performing analysis of Funds Management and account payables and checking their current balances along with ageing and accordingly prioritizing payments to vendors. - Performing empty reconciliation and filled reconciliation and matching the same with Physical verifications. - Spearheading inventory teams and preparing the final reports and discussing the same with management. - Preparing Collection plan with Marketing team and following up with them for collection details. - Performing audits/checks for risk identified areas and also assisting auditors carry out a smooth audit by coordinating with local staff and arranging for the necessary data. - Supervising bank accounts and making reconciliations. - Providing monthly reports (MIS), sales reports and collection report, preparing annual budgets. - Handling various tax returns in compliance to statutory laws. As a successful candidate you should: - Be a qualified CA. - 5-10 years of relevant experience of working in Finance and Accounts function. - Ready to relocate to the Morocco location. - Well versed with accounting standards. - Good knowledge of working on SAP and Excel.
