Job Summary -&nbsp; - Litigation Management Civil, Criminal and Consumer Laws, PFA/FSSAI Act, Negotiable Instrument Act etc. - Legal Compliances in the Company. - Pro-active advise to businesses on legal issues - Legal Research and drafting/vetting of commercial contracts/Lease Deeds - Replying/Sending legal notices. - Property due diligence - Drafting of writs/written statements/notices/complaints. - Legal advise to management and operating units, advise on legal compliances. - Preparing of monthly MIS reports on Litigation &amp; its circulation. - Liaison with Outside Counsels/Law Firms and attending Courts. Education/Experience : - Experience: Legal position for about 8 - 10 years in a large corporate, preferably in FMCG sector. LLB / LLM - Knowledge of various applicable laws and pro-active updation to the management with legislative changes that may impact the Company and its businesses - Balanced perspective of both business needs and legal function.
