Job Purpose : 

- Responsible for working in Payroll Department.

Primary Roles & Accountabilities :

- To Support Payroll Team for Salary processing.

- Have sound knowledge work flow of compensation & benefits.

- Ensure timely processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations action and accurate employees Master data in SAP/Success Factor.

- Responsible for all MIS data related to HR as required by Management.

- Can manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and HR delivery for the process.

- Can manage F&F settlement and Statutory Compliance like- PF Act, ESI Act, Bonus Act, Professional Tax Act, LWF etc.

Desire Profile:

- Experience in HR Operations.

- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office & Analytical skills MS Office (Advance Excel, PPT).

- SAP HR, Success Factor or Any other ERP Knowledge.

- Good communication skills.

Work Experience & Education :

- 5+Years Experience in HR.

- MBA in HR
