We are looking for a CFO for overseas position based in Kenya. 1. Managing Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of the unit. 2. Ensuring Financial Controls are in place, Monitoring financial performance of the unit. 3. Providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets & Financial reports to the senior management at Head Office. 4. Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the unit. 5. Liasioning with Govt officials of the country 6. Manpower Planning, Management, Performance Management, Coaching & Mentoring to the team will also be a key responsibility. Skill set required : 1. Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liasioning. 2. General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio. 3. Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills & Leadership Skills. 4. Experience & Exposure of International assignments is desirable for the profile. Qualification : Qualified CA must.
