Job Purpose : The incumbent shall be associated with Chief Human Resource Officer of Varun beverages Ltd and shall be responsible for his office support, HR Strategy Support and MIS. Primary Roles & Accountabilities : - Create multiple MIS reports for monthly assessment & presentation - Collecting, updating and analyzing the data pertaining to the organization's manpower - Prepare agenda/required documents & make minutes of meetings, track progress and follow-through to completion - Strategy support for new initiatives and all critical areas - Overseeing & record keeping of confidential/critical mails, documents and correspondence - Managing the time of the CHRO Qualification and Work experience : Work Experience : Approx. 1-2 years (from premier B schools), or 3-5 years (from a regular B school) Graduation : Any Graduate Skills: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
