What Would This Role Entail?

We seek a dynamic and experienced Performance Management Senior Associate to join the Human Resources team at Varahe Analytics. The successful candidate will drive the performance management processes to align individual and team objectives with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance Management Associate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Responsibilities:

- Plan collaborated and executed organizational chart changes, promotions, and new hires in line with stang needs and organizational goals

- Facilitate SMART goal-setting sessions aligning with organizational vision and values

- Implement the competency framework system and train department heads to carry out competency assessments, determine consultant development needs, and provide support.

- Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management appraisal system in regular cycles

- Identify skill gaps and provide feedback, coaching, and necessary training programs to address skill gaps. Evaluate the effectiveness of said programs and adjust as needed

- Ensure that performance appraisals contribute to the continuous improvement of individual and team performance

- Design and drive recognition and career development programs to enhance individual and organizational productivity

- Develop a robust talent pipeline through Succession Planning

- Facilitate horizontal growth through internal talent movement, job rotation, etc.

- Initiate leadership development activities like 360-degree feedback surveys, mentorship schemes, performance coaching for leaders, etc.

Necessary Skills:

a. In-depth knowledge of performance management concepts, theories, related practices, and tools with substantial experience in incorporating these into business-focused solutions

b. Knowledge of job analysis, job evaluation, grade recommendations, and reward management tools and techniques.

c. Proficient in using HRMS (Human Resources Management System) for performance management

d. Ability to develop structured processes, policies, and procedures that support goal achievement

e. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills

f. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

g. Ability to interpret data and identify trends and performance insights.

h. Ability to manage confidential information.

Good to Have Skills:

a. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld from a Tier 1 institution

b. 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end performance management cycle

c. Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices

d. Strong knowledge of HR Management and Operations
