About the role :-

Meta Carbon is searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our executive team. From day one, the chief of staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Broad responsibilities for the role include :

Execute upon the CEO's most critical priorities

Oversee the end-to-end execution of key projects such as strategies for the business verticals, branding and external communication, business forecasting and projections, investor reporting, etc.

Working with the CEO on creating an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and key goals - Helping CEO with regular business reviews (product, metrics, team, and strategy) - Running PMO for core central projects

Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organisation to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth, define and optimise processes

The role is designed to give comprehensive exposure to the candidate to various parts of the business and is intended to transition into a business leadership role in 24-30 months.

Role objective:

We're looking for a candidate who has 2-4 years of broad experience and who's passionate about creating strategies and implementing them to take the company to the next level of growth.

The candidates should be willing to work on multiple business projects across departments and drive implementation.

Expectations/Requirements :

Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills

Highly proficient in Excel, PPT, and Word

Strong Interpersonal & Communication skill

Strong team skills and ability to collaborate with senior management and stakeholders such as investors

Entrepreneurial Mindset - Ability to think Top Down and Bottom up

Comfort with ambiguity - ability to take ownership and solve for new challenges everyday

MBA from top tier institutes

2-4 years of post MBA experience at top consulting firms, high growth startups, VCs, or with founders/ functional heads

-2 years of operating experience in agritech startup is a plus
