Vantage IQ - Technical Manager - Web & Mobile Engineering

Core Responsibilities :

- The role will be suitable for someone who has a deep understanding of App and web development and also has strong leadership skills.

- Very strong at Android App development and have a good understanding of web application development.

- He/ She understands the latest developments in App/Web technology, it's good to have an understanding of React, Flutter, and other web technologies.

- Good understanding of SEO, responsive web applications, CDN, web security frameworks, etc.

- Ideal Candidate would have experience in managing a team of developers and be hands-on while managing them to be able to get his/her hands dirty with coding if need be.

- Experience in developing a high-performing and beautiful web/mobile application.

- Experience in developing and running a consumer-facing App.

- Experience in leading a Team and managing different stakeholders.

- Experience in B2C fintech would be preferred

- Experience in B2C consumer-facing internet/e-commerce products would plus

- Preferably from a product development background and/or tier 1/2 institutes

Work Experience and Education :

- Must be a technical graduate ( Btech/ MTech, )preferably from Tier 1 / 2 colleges.

- Must have experience in managing a large team.
