Core Responsibilities:
- Hands on Digital Marketing experience mandatory, Only planning experience won't be useful.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance(digital) marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and data analytics, to create compelling and optimized marketing assets.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV), to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and present performance marketing reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance on strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Foster collaboration, provide feedback and promote professional development within the team.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns within allocated budgets, optimize spending to achieve desired results and analyze campaign performance to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize results.
Preference & Experience :
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience working on major digital marketing platforms like AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, MMPs & tracking platforms.
- Experience in executing mobile and web marketing campaigns and reporting
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in an Internet firm or Mobile App marketing company is essential.
- BFSI + Ecommerce domain experience will be an advantage.
Academic Qualifications :
- MBA (Tier 1 preferred but not mandatory)
- Fields of study: Marketing, Business, Communication
