Position Title: Head- Business Development, sales and Marketing

Position Reporting to SBU Head Manufacturing

Work Location: Corporate

Function: Sales & Marketing

Department: Sales & Marketing

Primary role

Accountable for business development initiative and overall sales achievement and lead market acquisition and retention strategies, in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits and product strategies supports business success.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and manage new business opportunities and products

- Identifying large scale business opportunities and convert for contract manufacturing services.

- Plan and ensure more market growth of marketing products

- Establish, develop and implement the company's sales/marketing strategies and methods.

- Develop annual sales budgets and conducting rigorous performance reviews(Quarterly basis) and plan for the next 2 years in advance(sales/Budget)

- Responsible for driving sales as per the plan and ensure collections as per the credit period.

- Monthly sales plan and cash flow management. Any deviation in the monthly sales plan and cash flow to be discussed in advance

- Provide annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast to SCM

- Develop and implement initiatives to build Sarvotham brand in the region

- Analyse and develop strategies to identify new marketing opportunities

- Identify and expand new markets for future launch

- Provide input on market dynamics and strategic opportunities

- Maintain long term relationship with business partners/ clients and company staff

- Plan and get approval for an annual budget for CRM as per the target proposed & ensure the target is achieved

- Conduct analysis related to potential initiatives, unmet opportunities, etc. to increase Sarvotham's presence across the region.

- Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objective are well understood and executed by the team.

- Build relationships with clients and partners to setup strategic network across region to leverage Sarvotham Strengths.

- Participate in government tenders

- Coordinate public affairs and communications aspects

- Handle all field and indoor sales activities/ IR issues which are escalated

- Participate at conference, national and international fairs and other sales related events.
