VanityCube - Product Lead

VLCC VANITYCUBE is one of the fastest Beauty Salon at home business in India. We provide beauty salon services at home using technology. We help customer look good, feel good from wherever they are at their time, their place and their convenience . Beauty and Wellness business will be Rs 80,370 Cr market by 2018 and is increasing 20% year on year.

We are looking for someone who has interest in entrepreneurship and would like to independently run a category. You have to bring new ideas and innovation to take the brand to next level. You will be joining a dynamic organisation who truly encourages their team to make decisions and be creative in their approach. We are a young and passionate team and we hope to impact the lives of millions of customers by making beauty an everyday thing.

VanityCube is looking product head to join the founding team in scaling up the technology platform. He/she would head the developers team and develop the technology strategy for the Company based out of our Gurgaon office

- Constantly work with business owners and operation team to understand our business process and collaborate with technology & design teams to move closer in achieving that mission-

- Responsible for taking the product throughout the innovation stage & execution cycle

- Taking care of the entire product line life cycle from understanding customers- needs to planning to tactical activities, Finding and elaborating on the market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported and customer interaction-

- A technical undergraduate degree with some hands on software engineering experience-

- Should have a strong exposure to analytics and performance measurement tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar.-

- Experience with launching mobile first products will be a big plus-

- 2+ years experience in consumer-facing online/ mobile products is a plus-

Must haves

- 3+ years of experience in building software solutions

- have a technical background and have excellent problem solving abilities.-

- Self-motivated and team player

- Awesome coding skills and product development experience

- Experience in a startup is valuable but not mandatory
