VanityCube - Head - Marketing

VLCC VANITYCUBE is one of the fastest Beauty Salon at home business in India. Beauty and Wellness business will be Rs 80,370 Cr market by 2018. We are looking for someone who has interest in entrepreneurship and would like to independently run a category. You have to bring new ideas and innovation to take the brand to next level. You will be joining a dynamic organisation who truly encourages their team to make decisions and be creative in their approach.

Your Responsibility

- Lead the organization with strategic digital and offline marketing plan and execution.

- Drive all areas of marketing including social media, website, digital marketing and BTL.

- Monitor, analyse and report to key stakeholders on business performance on different parameters like brand awareness, competition, consumer behaviour, sentiment and conversions

- Building and executing monthly marketing plan and budget- it accordingly

- Manage all marketing activities and ensure they are in line with the Brand's vision

- Execute the marketing strategy to ensure maximum return over spend

- Monitor and support a team under you

- Single point of contact for all marketing activities in the organization

- Implement customer loyalty program

- Develop strategy to reach out to maximum users through these new initiatives

Key Performance Indicators:

- Execution of all the marketing campaign with different stakeholders

- Return on marketing spend

- Updated data on market environment, customer preference and competition

- ROI of Loyalty programs

- Number of new mediums used for reaching to customers

Skills Required for the Job

- Degree in marketing or equivalent work experience in similar field (minimum 4+years).

- Should be flexible to work in a start-up environment

- Solution focused, creative thinker

- Strong ability to multi-task

- An excellent communicator with a strong ability to identify emerging trends

- Experience in beauty and wellness industry is a plus
