Valyu - Regional Sales Manager

Job Brief / Description :

- We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager/Regional Sales Director to drive new business acquisition for the Company's solutions. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements and promoting relevant solutions.

- The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve the assigned business goals.

- The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, map and acquire potential Corporate customers to promote the company's offerings.

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

- Ensure the correct products and services are pitched to customers in a timely manner.

- Nurture relationships with all levels at prospective Customer/Existing Customer.

- Serve as the link of communication between Customers and internal teams.

- Build a healthy pipeline of prospective customers by covering the base of prospects.

- Identify & develop potential channel partners to supplement business outcomes.

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Key Requirements :

- 8-12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, providing solutions based on Customer needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels in an organization.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Experience engaging with CXO level.

- Prior experience engaging with CHROs/CFOs would be an added advantage.
